I can't thank this company enough my mum's funeral went brilliantly, all because of hatfields funeral directors, from start to finish everything was so easy and helped along by Karen who looked after us. From the moment that we got there we were looked after the lady empathized with us, understanding how hard it was and made it so easy to arrange a fantastic funeral celebrating my mum's life of 93, no hard selling what so ever, she even saved us money on booklets and the photos at the crematorium, nothing was too much trouble, she was so down to earth and gave us advice from her own personal experience on her mum's funeral and made it very easy for us to talk to her, very quick to reply on any questions we had. The flowers were amazing and not overpriced. The gents who were there in the day were lovely so easy to get on with and so polite and professional. Mums grandsons were carrying mum in. Before we got there We had an idiot pull his car out in front of our limo and would not get out of the way so mum was two cars in front and the driver stopped mums car and made the car move on in front so we could follow behind mum again. We also had Wayne Corbett as our celebrant and mums lust for fun and laughter was brought out in his speech, again this was a fun day just what mum wanted.

I have to say this firm are one in a million. It has been a few years since they helped me with my wife's burial. But the compassion and the way they sorted everything out is unreal. Mark took control of everything organising the service and the Wake for me. I cannot thank this firm enough for how much they helped me. Mark even took me into the garage to show me the cars which would be used as I was worried it would be a very old hearse. The cars are spotlessly clean. Even after it was all over I received an invoice but was told there is no rush to pay just whenever I was ready. I know funerals aren't nice things but I honestly have to say this firm are indeed head and shoulders above the rest. Thank u Hadfields for making everything bearable.

Dad passed away Nov 2024 and funeral in Jan 2025, its taken me some time to write this. Everything we wanted was done and the support we had as a family was 2nd to none. The passing of a loved one is the hardest thing but was somehow made easier with the support. Mark took charge of everything and all throughout the service and buriel he was constantly checking in and remembering things we'd asked for that due to the grief fog has slipped our minds.
