Your professionalism, patience and compassion made a truly difficult time easier for us. Carmel helped myself and my family through the painful process of our Uncle's funeral. She guided us through the procedure with kindness and professionalism. From start to finish, we were treated with kindness and respect from all members of staff at newsomes. In such a hard time they made the process so easy to navigate, and were available at all times for all members of the family if we had any queries or concerns. Even the aftercare has been faultless. Would highly recommend. Their moto "from our family to yours" is exactly what they achieve.

From the moment I phoned to let them know that Nan had passed away. Kirstine lifted the pressure off our shoulders. She arranged the funeral so that we had time to bring Alan&Tina over from America. She gave us time as a family to grieve without having to make really uncomfortable decisions. She was amazing and professional and very caring. Would highly recommend.

We lost my Dad very suddenly so my Mum and I were in a complete daze. We chose Kirstine and Phil because they are a father and daughter team like me and my Dad and the reviews were 5* . The love and care we were shown was truly amazing. Claire and Kirstine went above and beyond to care for Mum and I. They made us feel like part of their family. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure we had exactly what we wanted, gently guiding us when we didn't have a clue. Kirstine kept us informed every step of the way and we breathed a huge sigh of relief when we knew Dad was with them. My Dad was a gentleman and a very dignified man. The whole theme for us was about dignity and there was absolutely nothing else we could have asked for, from start to finish everything was done with the utmost dignity. They treated all of us with the utmost love, kindness and respect. Exceptional service. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and the 5* is well deserved.
