What a fantastic service and great customer care. I took my Ford Transit here to have the air conditioning to the rear blocked off as the van was being converted into a camper. The job wasn’t straight forward, but Darren stuck with it and problem solved to a good solution. He sourced the parts from America and took time to explain everything. He is clearly a man of experience and patience which came across in his confident communication. Any air conditioning matters now for me will be sorted by this great company. Thank you for your great service.

Brilliant service. The horn and other controls on the steering wheel of my 208 weren't working and needed a whole new part which, bought new, would have been over £600. EMP found me a second hand part for a fraction of the price and completed the work very quickly. Great communication and a really friendly guy. Would definitely recommend.

Great service by these guys! Definitely recommend! A few weeks ago a full day of work to diagnose and fix an electrical fault which was reasonably priced. They also diagnosed a fault with my reversing light and said they would replace it for me if I got the correct part. Went down today with the part after booking in. Reversing light replaced and now working eventhough there were complications which meant the rear bumper had to be removed. Incredibly happy with the service for the price I paid! Will be using again!

Brilliant service from these guys. Diagnosed and fixed a faulty brake light on my old 2001 Jimny. Good price for the work undertaken. Will use again.
