Diagnosed a problem in 20 mins told me rear differential had gone at a cost of £2000 but they would not take on the job and charged me £50 to tell em that. Took to another garage and turned out to be 2 wheel bearings. Definitely won’t be going again.

Took my mondeo in for a timing belt change 8 weeks ago, when I picked it up, after a new belt and kit had been fitted, the car was screeching from the new timing belt, the young lad told me it was doing that when I brought it in, told him not to go there with that. They took it back in the garage, they hadn't located the pully correctly and just rammed it in. The car then broke down the next day, timing was right out. Took the car to ford in barnsley, ford had my car for 3 weeks. Ford made a video for showing what they had done to my car at enterprise garage. They had not located the woodwith key or the lug on the pulley and just rammed it home, ford also said that they had never taken the starter motor off to line up the timing. The car was 2 teeth out , and the pulley, they said you could move it from side to side. It cost me another £800 pound at ford, but at least it got fixed.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE. also invoice never had car details on it, and made me pay separate for the timing kit. Scammers.. LAST CHANCE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

0 stars from me, they took my car in morning 8 o clock gave it back 5pm just for them to tell me they don't know why i have that noise when steering, I have told them is making noise from some of the wheels when driving slow right or left at fullest also that has trouble starting and cranking in morning and a weird noise at 1500 rpm, they didn't had a clue what was making this happen, they suggested to get a new car LoL, next day went somewhere else and they changed battery and the cranking disappeared completely from cold starting and the sound from 1500 rpm as well disappeared, i was amazed just from a battery change wow, anyways AVOID AVOID AVOID these ''mechanics :))'' dont have a clue about anything, all they know probably is to change oil and filters discs and pads which anyone can do that they charged me 50 pounds for absolutely nothing.
