An amazing and genuinely trustworthy garage where nothing is ever too much trouble. The customer service is outstanding, and the team are such a lovely, friendly bunch of knowledgeable chaps. I take all my personal and work vehicles here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely will never go anywhere else… always used them and they are great. Friendly and great price… even let me use their office to keep warm.

I’ve used Queens Rd MOT since they opened and before they moved to the new site I’ve always found Alan 100% honest hard working and reliable. I’ve just read the review from Natalie Pounder and cannot believe what she is saying, how long did they have the car to put 250 miles on it( they have my cars all day and couldn’t put that many miles on ) I think her review is faulty not her car All staff are non confrontational kind and I think they will be very upset by the review from her

Unfortunately I won’t be using again. After reading review I thought i had found a decent garage. Booked in for an MOT and staff seems decent and friendly. After collecting my car I instantly noticed that my petrol has gone down significantly? (I appreciate that some petrol may be used during it) however this had significantly dropped from at least half full to nearly empty. Also noticed that my mileage had increased by around 250 miles! They even documented my mileage prior to starting. And after reading my metre it was now significantly increased. I called just to clarify if this was normal? I was instantly met with rudeness and the blame was shifted onto me and was told it was something that I had done and I was the problem. After going back to speak to them, the rudeness and dismissal of my problem was increased and the mechanic stood directly in front of me and pointed in my face. Clearly there was nothing I could do and will just have to deal with it and move on. The rudeness of staff, however, is something that I won’t tolerate so will not be going back. Very disappointing considering all the wonderful reviews previously.
