Terrible customer service, awful at receiving feedback. 💚ETA: you checked your system and can verify my appointment and experience, these are not false claims; therefore this is not slander (or libel, which is the correct term) Congrats on proving your inability to accept feedback. I should have left this review years ago, but its your own recent behaviour that has caused this. You verified that i booked the appointment but still won't apologise for your system moving my appointment erroneously OR apologise for how you have reacted since i shared my experience. Instead, a cack-handed attempt to scare me into deleting my review. I wonder how many other threats you've made towards people leaving negative reviews? Original review/ My experience: someone asked on a facebook group about good hairdressers in the area and i shared that i would avoid Studio (after I had a bad experience back in 2022, with my consult appointment rearranged on the day of; no calling to check i could do that time instead. I couldn't make the rearranged time and so missed the consult i had been looking forward to - on its own, not enough for a bad review) and I recommended another local excellent stylist in this comment. Emma then replied from her personal account, not even to apologise but just to blame it on a "system error", taking no accountability for the booking system running her business, and later said she wouldn't respond to "negative social media trolls"! I was a genuine customer who had a genuine negative experience, as verified by Emma. I also run a business, and if a client told me my booking system moved their appointment with less than 24 hours notice, and that they hadn't even received a phone call about it and ended up missing their long-awaited appointment, i certainly wouldn't jump to calling them names let alone making vague (incorrect 🤣) legal threats for that customer telling me their experience! A simple apology would've fixed this! Instead i'm really disappointed and have been insulted by the stylist, told that I should've been the one to call the salon 🙄 so it's not accessible for anyone with mental health conditions such as autism or anxiety (hi), and the owner is shockingly bad at receiving bad feedback (again, proven by their response to this review, as you can see: no ability to apologise!) Grateful, at least, that she has never touched my hair!

Highly recommend Emma. My daughter and myself have both had curly cuts with her. She gives so much advice on how to look after hair, what products to use etc. I’ve always hated my hair and now I love it

I’ve been coming to Emma for my haircuts for a couple of years and I have been so pleased. She really knows her stuff and cuts my hair so well - a true wavy hair specialist. Today I tried an appointment with Lucy for the first time and I was so impressed - the results are fantastic and she was so attentive throughout. And on top of the fab haircut, it’s a lovely salon with a welcoming, warm atmosphere. Would highly recommend!
