We went with MAB as first time buyers, buying a new build house. Karen is our mortgage advisor and she is brilliant. She has a background in new builds and was very informative on the whole process. She went through the process step by step so we didn’t get overloaded with too much information all at once as first time buyers. She is friendly, reliable and was always on the other end of the phone whenever we had any questions. We got our mortgage off accepted within 2 weeks of applying and have exchanged contracts after 4.5 weeks of reservation. She made the whole process smooth and we would definitely recommend her.
