Amazing service from Terry today! He came out to replace our broken front door lock and not only fixed that but our side door too and adjusted both doors so they now open and close a lot smoother than they did. He was really friendly, walked us through everything he was doing and gave us home security advice - brilliant service. Thank you, Terry!

Wow - amazing service and Terry was fab. I was so worried and Lock and Key Barnsley came out within 2 hours and sorted the lock out. Terry was very polite and offered me a choice of locks for security. Thank you so much. Highly recommended 😁

Great service by the team . Engineer ( Terry ) attended ahead of schedule, carried out the front door repair ( broken centre case ) swiftly and efficiently. Would recommend Lock and Key for any future door / lock repair issues 👍🏻

Rang 9am on a Sunday because composite door wouldn't lock, Terry attended within the hour diagnosed and explained the problem, gave a reasonable quote to repair and job completed with no problems, Terry took time to explain the guarantee and other products available. Glad used this company and will do so in future if have any similar lock problems.

Terry came to fix a lock on my sliding patio doors, he went above and beyond to get it sorted with a lot of back and forth to get things right, on a very hot day! Would recommend to anyone needing locksmith assistance and will be a returning customer should I need anythings else in the future. Brilliant service, and very much appreciated.
