Very disappointed, I was charged full price for set of acrylics that was a simple shape and just colour. My set didn't even last me a full week before they started to fall off, chip and snap. My nails were done by the inexperienced nail tech with long brown hair. She is lovley but not skilled enough to be doing nail sets at full price! It took over an hour and 30 minutes to complete the set of acrylics with colour, when it usually takes less than 45 mins. Unfortunately it's not even that the shop was full as they weren't busy at the time I went. I'm very disappointed in my whole experience. I was warned by others not go or that if I did refuse the nail tech with ling brown hair, but I didn't want to just take others word for it. What a mistake I made. I won't be using this nail place again. How can you charge full price when your nail tech is skilled in the profession, I dont want to sound rude but it's the truth and to expect customers to ignore the lack of skill and experience and wait up to 1 hour and 30 minutes for a set of nails that usually take less than 45 mins ... maybe it's time to get the tech in for more training before putting her out on the floor doing people's nails that cost £37+ ... I used to love this place but unfortunately I will be on the list with others never going again. If your thinking of going here, leave at least 2 hours for your nail to be done and ensure you put plenty of parking on ticket because I only just made it back to the car park after putting 2 hours in the ticket. Maybe have a look in your area at nail techs with qualifications and support a small business instead. The quality and experience will be much better. I also sat with earphones in with google translate on, the conversations and comments they say to eachother in other languages is very questionable. After feeling awkward in my previous appointment I decided I would use translate to understand the language better, this enabled me to to listen in to their coversations. Big eye opener!
Went yesterday for the second manicure I've ever had. Very good service and relaxing and therapeutic experience. I wish I knew the name of lady who did my nails as she was absolutely amazing as were the other staff members. Will definitely return.
Shocking. I went in to see the prices the day before and they made it clear to me that it would cost me £25. I came in on the day and after my nails tried to charge me £38. Absolutely disgusting never going to return.
I very rarely have my nails done, but when I do I expect good service and quality especially for £30. I started off with a lady who was ranting under her breath the whole time.. Maybe its normal to file the nail with a drill but I didn't expect it to be slightly painful and hot (maybe this is normal i'm not sure) then she swapped for a man to do the acrilics I got told by a friend who goes often if I got the man I'd have good nails (she was wrong) he also seemed very rushed and annoyed to be doing my nails, by this time the shop was getting very busy so I could feel the pressure they had, before I knew it I had another lady in front of me who asked for my colour of choice I picked a darkish reddish brown with a golden glitter on top instead I got a very brick red matte nails. I don't mind them but they're definitely not what I asked for I also noticed after my nails are incredibly lumpy and bubbly my cuticles were also incredibly dry with tiny little cuts Very upset😢
Changed price from £25 to £30 from asking guy who finished my daughters (he told her it was this much) then when mine where finished and went to pay it was £30 and he said he'd never said that, unfortunately only us in at the time. When doing my 'french manicure with massage' my little finger was cut but the lady trying to get polish off and even though I said it was hurting still continued with same method so cut down side of my little finger, no apology. Carried on, then I had to choose a colour but I always thought they were not one block colour? Finishes and the payment problem happens .... Won't be going again and not to mention my colour has all bubbled up and started to come off less then a few hours after. Not the friendliest of places tbh....
