Horrendous customer service. Find it alarming the pharmacist you employ to dispense medication and your retail staff also are incapable of managing a cue. Served a lady after me for minor ailments. The lady who served me seemed preoccupied in trying to print something and totally ignored what I'd asked of her hence someone being served prior to me. Walked out after explaining this to the pharmacist an him replying take a swat I'll be five minutes. Anything seemed to much trouble for your staff. As I say. Horrendous customer service.
Very satisfied with service here = quick free delivery of my fathers medications and helpful knowledgable staff. My only friendly suggestion is please bring back the bargain basket with reduced goodies like lloyds used to have before Allied took over. aside from that very satisfied with everything
Fantastic pharmacy changed my prescriptions to go to this pharmacy and my partner and sons prescriptions the manager Abbey has been so helpful in sorting medications out for me and my blood pressure was high spotted by this pharmacy doing blood pressure tests Qasim and Sam have been a massive credit in giving great advice they are very thorough and take their jobs seriously and are very professional I recommend this chemist for all your needs
