Great experience with Boots pharmacy this morning after ringing 111 last night re a prescription I have been unable to collect (from a different chemist) before the weekend. 111 said I should go in and ask to speak to the pharmacist and say I’d been referred. Before I had even got out of bed this morning the pharmacist rang me and discussed what I needed, agreed the prescription and said it would be ready to collect in 30 mins. Whilst waiting I overheard the assistant tell another customer they had 10 referrals from 111, if the pharmacist called every customer that is amazing! When the assistant served me we discussed Boots online prescription service which I will sign up for going forward. Extremely helpful.

Very very rude staff lady in pharmacy where treat peoples not nice person always ignored me not want to help peoples always lying my prescriptions not there One day I found out she name and then I put again review on. I believe one day manager read that she she always find the way something to say to me.

4.30 yesterday Popped in for some make up advice, no staff on the sales floor at all. Asked if anyone was available at the pharmacy as the tills were incredibly busy. I have to say the pharmacist was very helpful. However the pharmacy assistant was quite frankly the most rude woman I have ever encountered. Disgusting attitude, quite clearly has a 'Karen''Outlook on service. Would be better placed in a non customer facing role if she must have employment. I did find a clinique lady who helped me In the end, she was outstanding in every way, so I suppose two out of three is reasonable. Considering the total day and night experiences I have had within this shop it's a shame as I will absolutely not use the pharmacy now and pop to superdrug to see their friendly staff.

This business has all your needs from a chemist. The price is a bit on the high side, but unfortunately, this is the times we find ourselves in. There is a chemist inside and is usually pretty quick as there is hardly any waiting time. Good shop and good chemist. I fully endorse this establishment.

It's a decent sized Boots with a good range of products but it's getting harder and harder to get around the store for anyone who uses a wheelchair or has a pram or buggy - every time I go in there are trolleys with large blue boxes dotted around severely restricting the aisles. It can be difficult to get served at the pharmacy as there is often nobody serving.
