Saturday 9:30. The lady at the Pharmacy counter send us away my wife and my 5 yo with earache suggested to go to the hospital or call 911, refuse any advise. Went to Superdrug and the Pharmacist there was super helpful and give us advise what we should do. Boots must address this problem, you cannot treat patients as animals specially little kids.

Resolved everything for me in just one phone call, and followed up with a voicemail to let me know that my prescription had been filled the following day. Nobody could ask for more.

Im sorry to tell this but one ledy is so rood with me always when she se me with other nice and kind but with me not im not happy im whant to change pharmacy other staff is good but she always make my dey bad my mod bad
