Absolute shambles of a Pharmacy. It would be run better by performing Dolphins! I've been going there for 2 years for my repeat prescriptions an d it never seems to get better only worse! Most of the time they have not filled the full prescription, constantly searching through piles of prescriptions to then try and find the medication (even when they text the same day to say it's ready!). Often have to wait as they are sorting out another blunder they have created or blame the GP Surgery next door ( who are also not the greatest either). They don't listen to customers and I've heard them tell other things or not ready and unless the customer persists in them checking again they then go on to find the item. I went today to collect my prescription that should have been ready Monday and there were 14 people waiting to be served or dealt with!!!!! Took 22 minutes for me to actually get served and collect my drugs!!!! Today was the last straw and I'll shall not be going back. The incompetence of this pharmacy is epic! I feel sorry for the people who wont be able to change to a different pharmacy! One of the most ironic things though is every time I go in they ask if I would like to have my blood pressure taken? I don't think there is any point in them offering them that service as they are the cause anyones blood pressure to be through the ROOF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only been at this chemist for four months due to house move. Received text message yesterday saying prescription was ready so went today to collect. After waiting about five minutes for someone to actually serve me which l must add was extremely fast for here. They then proceeded to put the prescription together and the pharmacist to check it, in all this took about twenty five minutes for a prescription that was supposedly ready the day before. That was my last visit to this shambolic place as it has never been good l am now going back to Darton where my prescription is always ready when they say plus l always have a friendly happy face serving me

Always on time and for some of my meds, can always get them. Nice people.

my parents moved to this this pharmacy about 6 months ago, my dad has onset dementia and he goes to collect their medication sometimes if i can’t get, the girls here are absolutely amazing with him, always have time for him, don’t rush him and always greet him with a smile, i can’t thank these girls enough for everything they do and the time they spend helping my dad if i could give 10 stars i would, not many pharmacy staff would be so patient as we’ve experienced with other pharmacy’s that’s why we switched, they want you in and out but these girls always go above and beyond, thank you girls it’s very much appreciated, keep doing what your doing as your doing a fantastic job 😊

What has happened to this place? I've been coming here since it opened and recently the quality of service and organisation has gone down hill dramatically. Staff seem to have poor customer service skills and make you feel like unwelcome being there. Based on my last few visits and the views of family members that have been for Covid jabs the staff seem to dither about without actually being productive. The lack of organisation is appalling and the picture below sums up the level of organisation at the moment
