Elliott's Pharmacy

Abysmal! Left elderly relative without regular medication. When I rang to see where it was, they said "what can we do, we have no prescription". I requested that they speak to GP ( next door), to be told the GPs never answer the phone!! I said your next door!! The pharmacy assistant was totally unhelpful, abrupt and lazy ( probably due to fact they were closing in one hour). I sorted out the prescription with GP who sent it to chemist only to be told we cannot put it in a Nomad tray because we're closing soon . I was given the meds all in separate boxes which was totally unsuitable for a partially sighted elderly person. I am unapologetic that I said to the pharmacy assistant, she needs to learn manners and stop talking over people. Unfortunately this fell on deaf ears. One day you will be old yourself and I hope you don't meet someone with your attitude. Total lack of compassion.

Brilliant service, really friendly staff whobwent over and above to help me source creon tablets for my father in law. These are in vrry limited supply and the staff were great and found everything we needed. Would certainly recommend them and will be using them all the time now.

Absolutely lovely set of ladies, caz was so helpful to my 14 year old daughter with getting her numbing cream sorted with doctors as I couldn't make it :) thank you

My experience with Elliotts pharmacy been with them 4 years delivered prescription the same day as ordered or following day if I have phoned them its to tell them to deliver when I am at home . Never a problem I have been in to see a Doctor he sends them prescription I go into pharmacy longest wait 10 minutes. The staff are friendly cheerful & helpful So I cannot understand their star rating
