My husband needed his COVID vaccination. We were very impressed with the service: we were not kept waiting, the nurse was polite and very professional: she checked medical history gave advice etc I would recommend anyone who needs a vaccination to attend this pharmacy.

Terrible for getting prescriptions on time. Phoned up on Thursday to ask if my prescription was ready, I was told "it will be ready tomorrow". I went in on Saturday to give them an extra day just incase it isn't ready because I know what this pharmacy is like, and was told it wasn't ready and they need to ORDER it in!

After visiting every pharmacy in town over the last 2 months trying to get my prescription, and being told that there's a manufacturer's issue I visited Lloyds. They ordered my meds which were delivered to the store the following day. Unfortunately they couldn't dispense them due to my prescription being wrong. I rang my doctors who fixed the issue and went back to Lloyds to collect my medication. Thank you very much for noticing. All the staff were incredible and, I now have much needed migraine relief. Excellent service, I'll definitely be using this pharmacy in the future.

To be honest I have been once in the past it was quite well but 07/03/2019 around 17:00 I was holding just a cream and went to the cashier I wait about 2-3 min during this time a young lady (member of the staff)passed twice she saw me but she didn't get in touched ignore me.All this happened in front the security who attempted to call somebody but I told him don't bother it's not worth.Just a remind anyone who stand in front of a cashier in a pharmacy it's not necessary to be customer but somebody who needs help immediately so if you can't or not willing to service people in a different colour nationality or whatever from you stay in your kitchen. it's more health and safety for everybody

Absolutely dreadful service with regards to medications you take! They cannot count to 30 days, they do not like to dispense controlled drugs even though you have a valid prescription. They tell you horrendous waiting times, in hope you go somewhere else. This chemist is only good for its late opening times and some time you might drop on a quid bargain. Asda are the best by far.
