Fantastic service from Neil and Steve who Neil brought along to help him do a Baxi boiler change in my bungalow. Neil came to quote for a new boiler and chemical flush, sent the quote when he said he would, then after I had accepted his quote turned up on the day he said he would and right on time. Neil and Steve worked all day, did a professional job, registered my boiler whilst still here for the 10 year guarantee (as Neil is a Baxi accredited installer), wrote me out a receipt without me asking for one, showed me how the boiler worked and cleaned up so well you'd never know they had been here. Steve even helped me unload some bags of sand from my van and they took in a big parcel for me that was delivered and I'd forgotten about. 😊 Neil will be servicing the boiler next year and every year thereafter, fantastic service from him and highly recommended. I left them all day in my bungalow whilst I did other things and they were 100% trustworthy and very respectful of my property. I can highly recommend Neil, he did a lovely job. Neil fitted my new boiler and removed old back boiler and tank, he was very professional polite,clean and tidy and made sure everything was cleaned when he had finished his work. Neil was also a very good time keeperand completed withintimescales given. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services

If your after a new boiler see Neil first ,was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of his work , cannot recommend highly enough ,oh and lovely guy too !

neil is a very friendly person who will go out off his way to help you the best he can, even if its just a quick phone call about a minor problem...I have no problem recommending neil for any type of plumbing or heating issues
