Trying to redeliver a parcel at 6pm on a Saturday that was next day delivery…I waiting in all day for it and that’s the time it comes. Since when was 6pm on a Saturday and acceptable delivery time? All through week it will be guaranteed to come in normal hours when usually nobody is in but on a Saturday it’s 6pm!!!!
It's impossible to talk to a human. Ai_bot takes your reference number, tells you it was a failed delivery and a card was left with instructions (there wasnt). It also says a re attempt will be made the next working day (it wasnt). So I'm clueless as to where my parcel is and the Ai_bot can't tell me because the boundaries dont apply... one of those only a human can help situations.
Theirs customer services is pathetic. They have just provided a AI chat bot which is useless. Dear Royal Mail Customer Services, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the collection order no CC-W307-117919824 booked on 24th August which was scheduled to be collected from GL1 1AD. It has now been over two weeks, and I have till not received any updates or confirmation of when this will take place. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I relied on your service to ensure timely delivery. I had expected better communication and reliability from Royal Mail. Please could you urgently update me on the status of this booking and advise when the collection will be carried out? Would give this place zero stars if it was possible.. 2 parcels from separate places missing withing the space of a week !!! Says delivery attempted but when you call up royal mail they say no attempt was made and parcels is lost
Opening times for this place is bloody ridiculous 8am-10am monday to friday, just 2 hours. Which is a big difference from what it used to be. I'm surprised they can get away with doing so little hours. 2 days I haven't been able to pick up my parcel cause they changed opening times without warning people beforehand.
