Stairfoot Post Office

Excellent service. I went in with a licence renewal firm: the postmaster took my new photo, completed the form for me, countersigned it, sorted the postal order, stamp and envelope out and addressed it and posted it! He was very efficient, polite and friendly. I couldn’t thank him enough for sorting it all out for me. First rate service!!! Thank you.

The post office provided excellent service during my visit. The staff was welcoming and very helpful, making sure I had everything I needed before I left. I was impressed with how organized and clean the location was, which made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s nice to see such professionalism and kindness

I'm sure it'd be a great post office if it ever opened when it's supposed to. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 3 times I've stood about in freezing cold from 9am with my child waiting til 9:45 for it to open and still got shutters down so had to run for bus. Don't bother

Had a parcel to collect from here, so I thought I’d do it before going to work as opening times said they open at 9am on a sat. Turned up at 9.45am to find it with shutters down and still closed. What’s the point in advertising your open at 9am when clearly you’re not!!! And it’s not the first time this as happened so now I have to mess about playing is it open or is it closed gamble wouldn’t mind but it’s not even close to my home so I have to get into my car and to drive down. So wasting more time and more fuel.

Been into Stairfoot Post Office this morning and was really pleased with the service provided, the man serving was really helpful, kind and polite, helping me return my parcel overseas. Thank you for your help.
