Excellent customer service. Very patient with unexpected delays. Professional staff. Respectful of our property and belonging and very polite. Really competitive prices. This is the second time that we have used them, and we would use them again if we needed them.

The guys came the day before our move to dismantle and pack most of our belongings they were polite professional very efficient and went above and beyond what we expected and nothing phased them The following day “ removal day”they arrived on time and efficiently packed the rest of our belongings and loaded them into two vans When we arrived at our new home our carpet fitter wanted the house as empty as possible to facilitate fully carpeting the bungalow The guys suggested unpacking one van and leaving the other one for the next afternoon after the carpet fitter had finished They turned up on time and cheerfully unloaded the remainder of our belongings My wife and I are both pensioners and my wife needed an urgent prescription picking up from our GP surgery and when hearing us on the phone to the surgery explaining that we were unable to collect it one of the guys volunteered to pick it up for her. Not all heroes wear capes!!!! Iwould not hesitate to recommend them and my wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience

After 15 years being in my beautiful home me and my husband had decided that now was the time to make the plunge and move to our forever home. As you can imagine the anxiety and sheer thought of moving with 15 years worth of possessions was daunting to say the least, but what can I say, Thomas Masters came to the rescue! From the initial quotation visit I had with Michael, the email correspondence with Natalie through to the actual removal day mine and my husbands minds were completely at ease and nothing was too much trouble for the guys! I was gob smacked with how quick and efficient they were! From arriving at our property at 08:30 we were packed up and unpacked at our new property by midday!! Fantastic! Wow! The guys were kind, funny, friendly and fantastic. We could not fault them at all! At our new property it was a sad occasion for all concerned, especially the elderly lady of the property who was still there to say her final goodbyes after 60 years and the guys were very empathetic and respectful of this. I found that to be a very dignified moment. Thank you. Upon leaving me and my husband at our new property all of the team took the time to shake our hands and wish us well. Shocking after care for this removal firm just do not use!!!. I have been lied to and messed around terribly whilst they refuse to use their insurance cover to take ownership of damage to my TV which has several cracks on the screen that was not protected using bubble wrap despite me being told everything was done to a high standard and in a professional manner. The aftercare lies and attitude ...stinks.

We used Thomas Masters for a recent long distance move with full packing service. They were there on time very reasonably priced and worked around the previous owners of our new house as they unfortunately hadn’t removed all of their belongings on completion. Gave the lads plenty of drinks and snacks and they worked really hard to get the job done. Would highly recommend
