I had my roof and dormer completed by Spencer roofing.After yrs of problems and struggles to find a decent local firm Spencer roofing came through for me with a great new roof with an 8metre dormer. Professional and reliable from start to finish. Only issue I had was squirrels trying to chew through near the gable end, called Spencer who arranged his team to call round and they were straight to work adding additional vents to future proof the house. I would 100% recommend Spencer roofing to anyone looking for any kind of roofing work. Cheers james

We have been really pleased with Spencer Roofing. They gave us a reasonable quote and also provided us with a temporary fix (which they did on the same day they came to give us a quote) until we could book in for our entire roof doing. The customer service was excellent, they responded quickly to any queries and we were kept informed of any changes. On the days they came to fit the roof, they arrived early and started work straight away. They worked efficiently and consistently, so much so it was done within one and a half days (well, a little over half), but they finished just in time for the rain. Highly recommend.

So impressed with Spencer Roofing Services. We had a couple of quotes for the flat roof repair on our garage. Spencer were amazing; they got us a detailed quote within 24 hours and were really responsive when I had questions. The work had to be rescheduled a few times but I was kept up to date each time. The people who came worked hard all day and were polite and courteous at all times, including to the neighbours. They left everything immaculate; we were really impressed with this, and the quality of work. I needed new guttering and obtained 4 quotes. Although Spencer Roofing Services were not the cheapest I was impressed that Nick came at the agreed time to look at the job, was happy to explain exactly what was needed and when they would be able to do the work. Two days later I received to quote and accepted it. Nick contacted me over the weekend to confirm they would be able to do the job the following week. The team arrived on time, examined what they would be doing and cometed the job within 3 hours, cleared any rubbish and showed me what had been done. Spencer’s come highly recommended. Excellent customer service from the get go; quick to respond to initial query, came to inspect our roof within a day, quote sent that night. Quote was for full reroof, guttering and cladding and was very reasonable and well worth everything they have done. They tided up after themselves each day and kept our property free from litter which is highly appreciated when we’ve a small dog who likes to hoover everything up. They kept in touch to update us on any changes in start dates due to the snow and kept us feeling at ease. Our home looks brand new and we thank you for all your hard work!
