Great service from Steve and team! I originally enquired about full guttering/fascia/soffit replacement and a quote was provided swiftly. I asked for additional work to be quoted and Steve came back out in no time to provide a revised quote. I had my chimney stack/crown repointed, new gas cowls, dry ridge/hip tiles and all new roof line installed. The quote was fair and ongoing communication from Steve made the experience so smooth. Plus they managed to start a day early and the property was left spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.
This is the second time i have used there service in the last five years. Both jobs unrelated. All work has been done to a very good standard with polite and friendly people.
We have just had our fascias and dry verge tiles replaced along with new guttering and fall pipes. Steve was on hand to ensure that everything ran smoothly. His team did a great job from start to finish and kept us informed on their progress. At the end of each day they cleaned up after themselves and kept everything neat and tidy. We are so pleased with the work carried out and it has made such a big improvement to our house. We would not hesitate to recommend The Roofing Service to our friends, family and neighbours!
Steve and his team are friendly, professional and honest. The level of workmanship is top quality and the communication and support Steve provides before, during and after the job made me feel completely at ease. There was no hard sell, no upselling and no pressure. I’ve used the roofing service for two jobs now and each time the quote has been fair and the job was carried out promptly and to the highest standard. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Great company to deal with. Steve came as promised to assess the situation and I received a quote within a few hours. Great communication throughout and work was was done a few days later. The guys who came out were really pleasant and respectful and cleared everything up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
