I have been renting with SSS since August and have had a really positive experience throughout. The property is perfect for renting as it is comfortable, well cared for and maintained to a high standard. From the very beginning, communication has been easy, clear and reliable, which has made everything run smoothly. The owners are truly lovely, approachable and professional and they clearly care about both the property and their tenants. I’ve felt well supported and at home here and I would happily recommend SSS to anyone looking for a welcoming and stress-free rental experience ❤️🙏🏻
I rented a room at Spring Street Storage for my small business and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. The landlord is absolutely the best – professional, supportive, and always approachable. A special mention goes to Christie, who truly looks after every detail and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Her attention to detail and willingness to help really make a difference. Rented a storage unit for a couple of months during house move. Excellent from start to finish. Friendly service, great communication and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely recommend
From making contact, to renting the unit the process was a positive and friendly experience. On discussing my requirements for household items, the correct size unit was recommended, and it was perfect for my needs. Access into the yard was easy, even with a long wheelbase 3.5 tonne van, and there is more than ample room to access the storage units with bulky and heavy items, as I had! A good, profesional, easy use and friendly service, and would recommend highly.
Rented a unit from these guys for about a year used as a tattoo studio, absolutely brilliant people to do business with, they helped us jump through all the hoops required for licensing without any problems, security is top notch and never had any worries, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to close our business but if it wasn’t for that we would still be happily renting the unit, would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and thank you for having us.
