We booked our honeymoon through TUI Barnsley back in October 2025. I usually book online but decided to book in-store as I wanted to seek advice and make sure everything was spot-on with it being a special occasion. On the day, we were looked after by Carly who was fantastic! She was so helpful and patient throughout our visit and made sure we were happy with our choices. We have since phoned the store several times (to make a slight change to our booking & to pay the remaining deposit) and have been really happy with the service on both occasions. It’s always been friendly and accommodating! Really happy overall and will be back in soon to book our excursions!😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A huge thank you to Rhys for going above and beyond when we accidentally left something behind on our recent holiday. He arranged to have our lost property posted back to the UK with no hassle at all, which we really appreciated. I’m pleased to say it has arrived back today. Thank you Rhys 🥰 We highly recommend Rhys if you’re considering booking a holiday with TUI. He offers exceptional service, is incredibly friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We just booked our family holiday for the October half-term, and we couldn't be happier with the service from Carly.
