Great value new and refurbished machines. Our washing machine had died and left us stuck. We were able to quickly choose a new machine at a good price and were advised on the most suitable model for us. We chose a Bosch machine for £150 and paid £10 for it to be delivered and our old machine taken away which I think is a bargain. All the machines also come with a 12 month warranty. The deliver was booked in for the Tuesday (3 days later) and the time was confirmed earlier in the day and they called 10 minutes before to confirm they were arriving. The people delivering were very quick and efficient, having the new machine set up for me in 10 minutes and did so without a fuss or a mess. Highly recommended, this company isn't as visible on social media and is best if you visit the showroom yourself in person. The new machine is working perfectly.

Great service. Had them out to look at a washer-dryer that had begun tripping the fuse. It took them well under an hour to diagnose the fault as a problem with the heating element. They had stock in the van to replace the part and charged a very reasonable price for parts and labour. Would definitely use them again.

We bought a fridge freezer from this place and 4 months later it broke. We called them and the day after they sent someone to fix it. The man said he had fixed it. He didn't fix it. We are still left with all our food going off and a broken fridge. I wish we had bought one from British heart foundation or sue ryder. We never had any trouble. This company is not trustworthy or reliable. Spend your money elsewhere. The man who came had a foul mouth on him. He was disgusting to say the least. I do NOT recommend this company at all..shameful people.

When I opened my cafe Kates Sandwich Bar I purchased most of my appliances from this company. Absolutely recommend. Good service always helpful. Guaranteed. Spot on prices don’t rip you off. Best in Barnsley
