Well we called at the shop today and all I can say is the atmosphere and the lovely ladies here were a pleasure to deal with. I had a laugh with them regarding some vanilla slices and their customer interaction was fantastic. Thank you ladies and hopefully will be visiting again from Kent !! Get some more vanilla slices in lol lol 😂 !!! Have a great week 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Visited Barnsley from Normanton today . Despite poor bus service, loved the summery atmosphere around the market area. Decided to take a bun home for tea. We picked two vanilla slices, Only £1.20 each. The young lady , after such a pleasant greeting , even put the buns into a box ❤️. We have just eaten those buns for our tea, and they di not disappoint !! Excellent value. Thank you ❤️

It was mums 88th birthday and she ordered a cake from yourselves. We were amazed at the detail, as it was decorated perfectly to mums request. The taste didn't disappoint, it was absolutely delicious. Thank you for making a birthday even more special.

Fantastic place for baked goods. Lovely staff working there, always friendly and helpful. The food is fresh, tasty and well priced. Always pop in to Staniforths whenever I'm working in Barnsley.

Had a cake made for a function after a recommendation. Cake was very well done and created quite a stir at the do, and tasted excellent. Would use again and can thoroughly recemmend
