During a recent visit I over heard a conversation between a customer and the member of staff behind the till. The customer was making an inquiry about donating items didn’t specify what the items were, the member of staff without hesitation and without even asking what the items were refused the donations. Yet had notices up in the shop windows, saying they urgently needed donations.

I've been coming to to this location for years now the staff are very kind and there's always great stuff in stock as a stuffed animal enthusiast I found a limited edition 2009 Build-A-Bear for £5. Great customer service + bright employees would give higher rating if I could

May 2022 Big shop and lots of books. x5 books for £1 which was good but the older woman behind the till was very condescending to the younger girl on the till who was struggling to use the till, clearly needed some support and spoke with broken English. No need to humiliate her in front of a shop of customers.

Sometimes I have a look and really you can find nice stuff for very cheap, as well some of them are new.last time I bought a plate ,limited edition, with nice picher of #Jesus will take a photo and add it. Like if my comment is helpful.

Usually has a decent range of things to browse through. Reasonable prices. Not crammed in like some second hand shops, so much nicer to spend a little bit more time having a look round.
