Bought my e-bike from this store. Had great advice from both Robin and Brandon. Very helpful and knowledgable.. also friendly and very approachable. On a different visit staff Ana and the older guy with the shaved head were very helpful too.. would recommend visiting this store for purchasing a bike!

We visited the Barnsley store and spent a couple of hours with Ana the store manager and Branden. Their product knowledge, patience and customer service was second to none. On our second visit we also dealt with Riley who also provided excellent customer service. The team at the Barnsley Branch are fantastic, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new bike, or anything cycling related.

Recently went in store to purchase a bike for my teenage son - staff extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Was not pressured at all into buying and the store having a test area out the back for trialing was a real bonus. Upon collecting the item after purchasing the staff were equally as helpful. Excellent experience! Really top service from Ana and Paul at Evans Cycles Barnsley. I was going to by the Specialized Levo comp alloy S3,but during the in store test ride(they have access to a very large indoor area its a great place to test) Ana got me to ride an S4,which was much more suited to me,otherwise I would have got the wrong size! Paul gave me lots of technical info and tips.He also gave detailed explanation of service plans warranty etc,no hard sell very relaxed. My purchase was only slightly delayed by the couriers and I was kindly given quite a large credit to spend in store by way of a an apology(thanks,v useful I got some great freebies). I went for the 2 year service plan in store at Barnsley.These are complex machines I figured it made sense to have the plan to support the warranty. The bike gets a 1 month free check up,for teething problems etc. I rode the bike away this morning,after Paul set it up for me.I took the 1 months free insurance (DOB was the only info,extend if you want). The bike is brilliant,graded assistance,or none at all.I did a few off road tracks and it can really handle some technical stuff. Motor is very quiet,suspension and handling effortless. I had an amazing experience! Went in with a bit of basic knowledge, but really needed a lot of help and advice. The staff were all so lovely and helpful - and I felt so well informed when choosing a bike and accessories without feeling pressured in any way to spend more than I could afford. It was such a good service, and I’d happily go in again and recommend anyone for the same. Also I love my new bike! :)
