Terrible customer service here. Visited yesterday (26.12) to buy a designer bag only for the worker to pull the bag off of the display, shove it into a USC bag and let me pay for it with no apology or explanation that it was a display. I would understand if that was the only one left in store but I later walked past and there was a new one on the stand that he had put out. For the high price I paid I would have expected the quality that I’m paying for as well as the quality customer service too. Will not be visiting again.

Had some youngen named Max help me. Good lad with good intentions. Helped me find the right pair of boxers and a nice polo shirt to give to our juddy. Shame his hair looked like pubes 🤭 Thanks - GregHewittEnglishNational

Extremely disappointed with the behavior of an older woman with short blonde hair who was incredibly disrespectful to us today. It’s shocking that someone with such a poor attitude is still employed in a customer-facing role. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable. We had every intention of making a purchase but ended up walking out without spending a penny due to her attitude. I truly feel sorry for the rest of the staff who have to work with someone like her. She should not be in a role that involves dealing with the public.

Good to see an high end store in the town centre. Very good selection of clothing footwear and accessories. Even with designer clothing prices are reasonable.
