We went to the store today at 345pm. We knew exactly what we wanted but daughter needed to try the garment on to make sure it fitted her. A member of staff shouted across the store that she couldn't try it on as they closed at 4. We put the item back and left. They've lost a sale and to be honest all future business as this is not the first time staff have been rude.

Went in to the Barnsley store yesterday and the staff was all busy talking to each other and not taking any notice of customers. I picked a couple of items went over to the counter to pay. I had to wait for 2 to 3 minutes before they had finished talking to each other. Lady then rang my goods in with no eye contact or indecation that I was a human. It is the sceond time this has happened to me in that store so now I will avoid unless they change there attitude.

Awful customer service. I bought a pair of black bottoms that I had not realised had a huge hole in the side. I was greeted with a bad attitude and judgement when I came in the next day to return them. The woman told me I could either have a refund or a new pair and when asking for a new pair only if they had my size, I was very rudely handed a pair 2 sizes smaller. Working in customer service myself, I was shocked that this behaviour is accepted here.

Went to store this morning to purchase item of clothing, staff members not happy that I paid cash because she said only got £50 float in till and if everyone wants change she will run out, 🙂 weird and made me feel uncomfortable, don't think il buy from there anymore, shocking g behaviour.

Very bad attitude from 2 members of staff today roughly 12pm asked to speak to manager was told she was the manager no badge to prove she was. Ended up walking out not buying anything was wanting to try something on but with attitude didn't bother
