Great customer service from the second I walked in! I had my engagement ring ‘repaired’ at a different jewellers and was very unhappy with the outcome. My ring needed significant work doing to it, to rectify the repair. WJ Shaw jewellers were so welcoming, caring and explained how they could help me. I collected my ring yesterday and it looks like new. The care and attention they put into their work literally shines through. I can’t thank them enough and I will never go anywhere else now… Thank you so much

I just want to say a big thankyou to John and his team for transforming my mums wedding and engagement ring for me. After loosing my mum a couple of months ago I thought it would be a fitting tribute to her memory. Thankyou once again. Tracy Cooper.

Wj Shaw's are amazing jewellers,I have just had my late dad's chain turned into a 3 strand bracelet as I can't wear chains,the results were exactly what I was hoping for,I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with something so special to me There customer service is exceptional and the store is so bright and welcoming, thankyou for my wonderful bracelet,I will treasure it always and thankyou for doing a humble chain justice as another piece of jewellery that can carry on down the family
