Supplied the wrong item, not as described and then tried to argue that it was. Very patronising reply stating that the Guinness Foriegn Extra I ordered has always been brewed in Nigeria, which is utter nonsense, it was and still is brewed at St James Gate in Dublin, but in recent years has also been brewed in Nigeria. Also about 30% more expensive than a local supermarket.

When order was recieved it was damaged so it was returned. Two days later my order was delivered. However it was the damaged boxed order returned in a new outer box. The Booze Company was the supplier, needless to say I will not order from them again, poor customer care.

If I could rate no star I would, the man was very very rude with me and being impatient because he wanted me to buy the shop before he would deliver. He said his staff are not voluntary and that's why he was charging me a stupid amount. I will never use these idiots again even being rude about my driving licence cos he had to wait two mins for me to get it as I didn't expect them to ask for such details on the phone. Please do not use these rude people as you will regret it

Always deliver when they say they will, rarely to never late, whether it be outskirts of barnsley or town centre, delivery staff are always friendly and professional and very friendly, I love their wide range of products and late delivery times. Definitely an underrated service. Ordering on the phone is really easy and so is paying by card that way. Really handy! Would recommend for anyone wholeheartedly.

Absolute shocking customer service, my husband rang and said I’ll pop you onto my wife as it’s her thats ordering. The guy on the phone was arrogant and just plain rude. But because my husband rang and passed the phone on he refused to sell us anything. Licensing laws and such I understand but there was no need for the way he spoke to me. My response was calm and quite polite after the way he spoke to me and all I said was ‘ it doesn’t matter then love’ and the final response I got was ‘ I bloody know it doest’ after which I just hung up. Won’t even attempt to order from them again. £40 for 2 items is beyond belief anyway.
