Absolutely amazing pet store! From the moment my partner and I walked in, we felt so welcome. Our puppy is only 14 weeks old and it was her very first outing, so I was quite nervous, but the staff were incredible. They were so friendly and made such a fuss of her, which instantly put us at ease. I needed help finding a harness and wasn’t sure what size to get — the staff were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, making sure we found the perfect fit. They completely understood that a puppy isn’t going to sit still and were so kind throughout the whole experience. You can truly tell they care about pets and their owners. Thank you for making our puppy’s first outing such a positive and stress-free experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🐾

A great place full of interesting, toys, treats, food and resources for our dogs. This store has everything you could need. I trust the advice from the amazing, caring and knowledgeable staff. The manager and her staff exemplify a fantastic customer experience, not only for the humans but for our pets too. Our dogs love going to visit. This store is run by animal lovers for animal lovers. This is a a massive business and has many farmer like stalls and they sell lots of different things such as meat and vegetables to household items. There is of course a garden centre within and a pet store and all are independent from one another but all under one roof. It is a massive space so be prepared. The pet store I visited and then managed to take home a budgie bird with cadge and bedding, foodstuffs and toys. Very helpful pleasant knowledgeable staff and a good layout for the pets that they have there. Parking was a little difficult as the place was full due to being popular but we finally found a place and didn’t wait long. I fully endorse this amazing business and would recommend to all and everyone

Great little find! Popped into this pet shop by chance and was really impressed. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and there was a great variety of products for all kinds of pets. Definitely worth a visit – I’ll be back!
