Highly recommend! Lovely customer service and because we’re signed up to the rewards app we got 50% off as a ‘birthday treat’. My dog looks lovely and her fur feels so clean (she was minging before she went).

Really disappointing with the service here. They cancelled on the same day with me last month to wait another month to get my dogs booked in. Now I am 25 mins late for 1 appointment they won't see either dog despite telling me both take 2 hours for a groom, in the 3 hours 35 mins left they have blocked out for their Grooms they can't even do 1 dog. Terrible service. Won't be using again and would not recommend!

What a wonderful groom my lasapoo had with Abby and Chloe the last two times she has been. Great when you book in it really doesn't matter who the groomer is as standards and skills are amazing. Totally recommended as the professionalism of some local groomers is questionable along with their insurance. Prefer to go to Barnsley Groom Room for guaranteed excellent service

We booked our 14 year old Lakeland x Jack Russell for a full groom, she's almost blind and going deaf. On arrival one of the groomers told us it could be 2 hours so she wouldn't be stressed, on returning for our dog they had done a wonderful job and she showed no signs of being stressed infact quite the opposite. We would highly recommend The Groom Room.Thank you to all the team 😃⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am very impressed with how the salons up keep us clean and tidy and ado how well organised it is. I’m also impressed with how good the staff are here, took my 10 year old dog for a full groom came back home smelling like a angel and came back in the best mood possible I would highly recommend as the staff (grommers) who work here make sure you feel comfortable with the service and always double check what service you would like before proceeding with the groom. They also know when your dog needs the little bit more caring for example cleaning teeth or cutting nails. Overall I would 100% recommend the Barnsley groom room.
