Upgraded phone in November, visited needing help last week. I was really disappointed. The manager was ever so rude to customers and even her own staff, just swanning about and poking her nose in instead of actually helping. I’ve worked in sales myself, and I can tell ya now that’s no wy to treat ya staff. They all look proper fed up. The queue was very long and I ended up waiting forever. When I finally got chatting to one of the sales girls the manageress kept interrupting her and asking if she'd offered this that and the other offer. I made it clear I just needed help and she just kept pestering, I'm 83 and don't want broadband and wifi I just wanted my phone sorting, very frustrating experience. I will say though, the saleswoman who served me was absolutely lovely, so this isn’t about her at all. She was doing her best in a bad situation. The problem was the manager, plain and simple.

Went in yesterday as I’d just taken a new phone contract and I am struggling to transfer emails to new phones the lady wasn’t interested didn’t even look at my phone to try and help, very rude no customer service!!! Meadowhall a lot more helpful wish I’d got her name now she was awful!

Came into store on Tuesday, were Jordan helped with my technical problem with no hesitation.

I found the manager to be rude and disrespectful when talking to another customer whilst contemplating taking it further

I await the 30 min to open 9:20 and still close Probably they ar on still coffee breakfast After call they say it’s open at 10 today And the program it’s say 9 Very disappointed for staff reaction when I say I await from 8:50,because I see online the program it’s open at 9👎👎👎
