Horrendous customer service provided today by the appointed store manager. Failing to allow me my consumer rights and then blatantly lying to head office when I escalate. The item they sold me didn't work. Nor did it have any description of the lack of features on the receipt. But the store managers response was I can purchase it back of you or exchange with the other poor quality tested products they stock(none UK plugs/wrong speakers to the stereo. Same stereo also lacking a remote so just as useless as the one I bought) Absolutely disgraceful service. Thankfully purchased on my credit card so will enter a chargeback. Be very careful purchasing from any cash generator store. If you do make sure to purchase on a credit card then you have the ability to utilise Section 75 to protect you when cash generator refuse you your basic consumer rights. Their staff are not honesty nor are the ethical. Truly thee lowest of the low when it comes to sales and tactics. Also more than happy to spend some time notifying the appropriate bodies that govern retail in the UK. As guess what. I don't like people blatantly lying and being malicious. Or putting barriers in a consumers way by not providing a clear complaint process. Truly abysmal customer service. Truly dangerous testing standards in this store. Total lack of consumer rights when purchasing in presumably this and any other branch of cash generator as they I imagine will have the same none legal processes. Avoid avoid avoid.

Saw these for sale on FB , was surprised to see it was an actual shop in Barnsley , didn't pick them up in person , but they are in great condition ,and as described 👍

Highly disappointed in cash generator Barnsley. Ever since they got a new manager they have gone downhill. Put some items up for buyback told me wrong date despite me saying I was definitely having them back. Then put them up for sale without informing me. Really disappointed. Those items were gifts which I can never recover now.
