Oh dear! The staff need better training. I took a pair of shoes costing almost £60.00 to the counter. No good morning, no smile, no eye contact. She slammed the lid on the box, barked "CARD? It's over there!" Bag? I have one thanks. No effort to put the shoes in the bag, but if I had bought one, would she have done so? No please or thank you. Shocking.
