Great place for family or group bowling. Book online or by phone. Sometimes special price offers are available. Your lane is set up and scores for you. You have to wear their bowling shoes which are well used but clean. There is a reasonable priced bar and a shelf by the bowling lane for your drinks. Plenty of free parking.
To start with I booked "Glow Bowling" for 3 adults and 4 children (1 of them being a 3yr old) was told the 3yr old would be free, when we got there we then had to pay for the 3yr old, also the there was NOT any "Glow Bowling" involved even though I confirmed this on the phone and booked in a day and time when this would be happening as it would be different and exciting for the kids. We stopped playing out game about half way through to have some food, food is reasonably priced and not the worst, but while eating we was told by 1 member of staff that we had to leave for a specific time, we then rushed out meal to try and finish out game before this time, we then was told something totally different that we didn't have to leave but couldn't go back bowling until this specific time due to cleaning (understandable). As it got busier, instead of spacing people out, everyone was cramped up at to top end of the bowling lanes from lane 11 up to 14 but 1-10 was empty (strange if you ask me) why not space people out to make it a little more enjoyable for the family on the lane. Overall certain staff were rude and seemed like they didn't care, the kitchen staff was nice and friendly, and the gentlemen were friendly too, just the odd lady behind the counter that was rude and didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction.
Visited a handful of times now and always have a good time when here. We have had a few technical issues with the lanes on occasion but those are quickly fixed by the apologetic staff. Facilities are good overall.
Huge venue with bowling, food, drinks and space .Highly recommend for family time
We go here for coffee on a regular basis Occasionally a meal There meals are well what can I say Poorly presented it’s just slapped on your plate toast in on top of your breakfast not on a separate plate Bacons is still connected to the pig had to wait 15 mins for a latte ordered bacon butty the bread tasted stale To top it off after eating here a few times a few hours later we end up with belly ache we not sure weather this is the way it’s stored cooked or just cheap ingredients
