Attended the 50th anniversary screening of Rocky Horror Picture Show. Tickets were much cheaper than the same showing at the big chain cinema. The venue was clean and was fresh smelling which can’t always be said of the large chains. The seats were comfortable with plenty of legroom. Special mention of thanks to the staff who went out of their way to make the evening enjoyable with goody bags and special effects. The sound and picture quality were faultless. We even had an encore of the time warp. Will definitely visit again. Hoping for a special Grease sing a long next time.
I’ve visited for the first time tonight and watched The Housemaid. The staff were lovely, really friendly and pleasant. The staff are a credit to the cinema. The price of the tickets, the food and drinks were so reasonable and a fraction of the cost of other more well known branded cinema’s! I will definitely be returning ☺️
Went to see ‘it’s a wonderful life’ yesterday and we had such a wonderful evening. All the staff are so friendly, the prices are great and the cinema is warm and spotlessly clean. We have just booked to go again to see the ELO tribute. I would recommend anybody from the area to use this independent cinema over the soulless large chains. Thanks too for the complementary sherry! A very personal and lovely touch to add to the occasion. Long may this venue continue to thrive
Been today and witnessed some of the best customer service I have ever received. All the staff was fantastic. Proper old style cinema and was made the viewing even better. Proper hidden gem
This is the friendliest local cinema! I don't get to go the cinema too much, but when I do go Parkway is my first choice. The staff are so friendly and happy to help - and it's a bargain!
