Brilliant Gym, a warm and friendly atmosphere, made to feel so welcome from day one, coaches are brilliant and take time to help and encourage you along your fitness journey no matter what level you are. Added bonus, a lovely comfortable coffee area, to chill after a class workout.
High-end, clean and quality equipment in a friendly and welcoming gym. I definitely felt a bit intimidated by how fit everyone is but Hamish, Kelly and Dale are all so approachable and all the classes are tailored to push you at your own level while feeling like part of a team. Amazing coffee! Exactly what you want after a morning workout. There's showers and changing rooms. Free parking. All around great vibes
The most friendliest gym you will ever walk into i have been in lots of gyms and not once have i Received a cuddle on arrival … i did at Synergy. I was totally new to CrossFit but not once have i felt daft or silly when i don't understand something the coaches Kels, Hamish & Dale are excellent and are always there to give a helping hand when needed, i can not speak highly enough about Synergy its just a fabulous place to go and train.
Absolutely fantastic gym with an unreal atmosphere (and the best coffee in Barnsley!!) - so glad I joined! Every day is different and full of programmed workouts and technical breakdowns which are specific to every ability level, from a complete beginner to someone who’s trained their whole life, you’re in fantastic hands. All the coaches have years of experience, they spend time with you individually during every class ensuring you progress not only physically and mentally, get the hang of the basics but also they are on hand 24/7 to help you reach your goals (whatever they might be). This is not a gym, this is a family 🖤 - cannot recommend this place enough
Fabulous gym setting, the classes are really good and can be tailored to your fitness level!! Really enjoying attending the classes and felt comfortable and welcomed by all as a beginner to cross fit!🖤 the coffee shop is an added bonus to get amazing coffee & sweet treats after a session, great vibes all around!!
