Great sports facilities for all sorts of activities. Hosts a lot of clubs indoors and out with two full size sport halls, Artificial pitches and newly created Netball Court. With a Gym and social areas. Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent place, having gym, indoor pitches and out door turf pitches, my son used to go for karate zone lessons
Really disappointed in this place. We booked badminton for the first time around 6 weeks ago and all went smoothly. The second time we booked a few weeks later and we were asked to put our email, name and phone number as well as the time we wanted to place a block booking. We thought by doing this we had made a block booking. The next week we got asked to do the same: email, name and phone number as well as the time we wanted to place a block booking. Again, we thought by doing this we had made a block booking. It did seem bizarre that we had to write it all out again but I suppose this should have been the first red flag. The next week all was smooth and come to this week we turned up and have been told they are fully booked for winter and got turned away and we should have been told about this. Terrible communication from the staff, twice we wrote our personal details and never once were we told about a Winter change. Twice we wrote our contact number, they could very easily have called or texted or even sent an email. I think the customer service here needs a lot of work. I'm guessing that the paper we wrote on was binned before we even went out of the door. Service needs a lot of work, very disappointed especially when you make your evening plans around having this 'block booking' - what a waste of time.
Great priced vending machines, good amount of parking. My kids enjoyed the Basketball.
Only use the astro pitches here & they're OK. There's just not enough parking at busy times.
