The Garrison

I came here with my friend on the 27th. And i’m afraid to say it was nothing but dull. The beer selection was meh and i’ve seen more excitement at a funeral than there was behind that bar. Music was good however and was a nice seating arrangement. Hopefully if i come back, people cheer up.

I have changed my mind, i came here after taking r jud to barbers and loved it. Amazing pint of staropramen for me and a dark fruits for r jud. Lovely lad on bar named Charles who served me. Will definitely come back and recommend to my pals. Well done Garrison.

This was a brilliant pub for drinking, incorporating a modern feel with its vintage origins! The seating is comfortable especially sofas and the area next to the former disco bar is greatly constructed, counter is well-presented too. I had a well-priced pint of Blue Moon, appreciating the cleanliness of the area!

Great place for live music and entertainment in Barnsley. Loads of bands, djs and performances there on a regular basis. With a great bar and food, it's a recommended stop on a night out around Barnsley Town centre. Day or night.
