I finally visited Legends for the first time over the weekend. I ordered: 2 x Steak and Eggs 1 x Desi breakfast 1 x English breakfast 2 x Cakes (Matilda & Victoria Sponge) 2 x Teas (Breakfast & Asian) The steak was slightly tough but tasty nonetheless. A steak knife was not provided. The hasbrowns served with the English breakfast were oily and could not be consumed but everything else on the plate was delicious The cakes were not fresh. Advantages of visiting are on site car park (5-6 bays), prayer room and location. Price paid was in line with quality of food served. The venue was very clean as was the washroom but the prayer room was very cold & not as clean as the restaurant Orders had to be placed directly at the till and not directly with a server which diminished the experience as orders were paid for in advance, similar to a takeaway setting I enjoyed the experience but would not return

Super nice place to eat, best sunday roast - affordable and large portions which actually taste really nice and have individual flavours. The actual restaurant is nice and clean and has a family friendly atmosphere and a conservatory style eating area along the inside restaurant area.

I recently tried Legends Cafe in Batley and, honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The staff seemed all over the place one guy in particular looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. Service was slow, and it felt like the team could really use some retraining. One thing that really put me off was the flies. There were loads of them buzzing around our table, and I heard other people complaining about it too. Not great when you’re trying to enjoy a meal. Speaking of the food, it looked good when it arrived, but the taste just didn’t match up. Nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. Parking is available, but there aren’t many spaces, so you might struggle if it’s busy. Overall, Legends Cafe has potential, but it needs a lot of work especially with the staff and cleanliness. I probably won’t be rushing back.

Everything was great. Ambience was cozy and touch of royal. Nice seating, appreciate it having prayer area- I didn’t miss my asr in winter. Food was delectable. Homemade cheesecake was smashing. Only hiccup (for not giving full 5 stars) was my Noirs eggs didnt have avacados and portion size isn’t upto the mark.
