Went here for a Sunday roast and we were taken care of by, Salma, Farah and Alia. All the girls were so lovely, attentive and professional, really went the extra mile to make our experience so pleasant. The Sunday roast was fab and a perfect size, so flavourful and yum. Will definitely be back. Thank you girls!
Had a brilliant experience at Sapphire Batley. Salma took our order with a smile and great professionalism very helpful and patient. Mr Tee was friendly and served everything perfectly. We had the lamb chops and steaks. Full of flavour, juicy and cooked to perfection. Got the prawns which were really nice too. Mocktails were really nice. The food was amazing. The place was nice and clean. Great customer service and very friendly. Will definitely re visit.

Sapphire is our go to place for a meal in Batley. The decor, food & service are always 10/10 and they’re always consistent. Staff are very friendly and attentive, I always recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere aesthetically pleasing to eat. The hot chocolate is so rich and creamy and I always order this to go so I can enjoy it on my journey home. Thanks again sapphire for a lovely meal & see you soon.
