I visited Frankeyes Batley to pick up my delivery, and I had a really great experience. The lady working at the till was very kind, polite, and helpful. She treated me with respect and even offered me food to eat, which was a very nice and thoughtful gesture. The customer service was excellent, and it made my visit pleasant and comfortable. Staff like her truly make a difference. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended place with friendly staff. I will definitely visit again.

Really nice place and food. Staff were good, toilets available, parking available, halal food, good menu items. In-store menu isn't always the most up to date, so worth looking online
Excellent, the food was beautiful, and slightly different in a very good way. I wish there was one near me, I only popped in when I was visiting my Daughter. I had an amazing Chicken something burger, and chips, incredible, thank you so much, it was so tasty!!
Customer service is absolutely appalling. We ordered through Uber Eats and an item was missing. When we called, we were told it was due to new staff and were promised the free item next time if we rang ahead. (Because uber eats didn’t refund us) When we did exactly that on our next order, speaking to a “manager” we were accused of lying and practically refused the item, claiming it would have been in their “group chat.” Completely unprofessional behaviour. Being made to feel like liars over their mistake was disgusting. Plenty of other takeaways handle mistakes properly this one doesn’t. We will never order from here all down to the customer service and how it was handled.
