Shake Bee Batley

I visited the Batley branch yesterday and I was so impressed by everything. The shop was clean, the staff were so welcoming. Shoutout to Freddie & Zarah as they made my visit extra special, they were so friendly and accommodating even though the shop was so busy, they handled everything with ease and class. 0 complaints from me. I was greeted with a smile by Zahrah and she looked after me. Freddie was super kind and came over to ask how the food was. The food was honestly a 10/10 and you usually don’t expect this straight away from a newly-opened branch as they need time to settle in but honestly, it did not disappoint. Best place for a Tower Burger and Spicy Dip Burger. The new mac & cheese bites are so yummy as well I hope they never get rid of them 🙏🏼😂 Guys I don’t even need to say anything else just look at the photos and make your way down to Shakebee in Batley 😍

Loved the food here! I had the classic spicy chicken burger, the dipped spicy sauce is absolutely spot on and it was perfectly cooked. Definitely a must visit, my go to in batley now!

Yesterday, me and my group of friends went there at 230 ISH and the inside was a total tip. The tables were disgusting with bags everywhere. The back of the room was piled over with rubbish e.g bags, boxes. The seats had sauce on them. We told one of the workers to clean it up in order to sit down and he said wait 10 minutes. We ended up having to clean it ourselves since it was taking too long. Since the bins were overfilled we couldn't put it in the bin. Also, There was drink leaking from the bag which made the table look disgusting. Finally after 20 minutes, the worker disinfected the table andstarted emptying the bin bags. This happened on our tables aswell. We wanted to clean our hands but there was no soap in the sink which meant we had to santinze our hands ourself. Overall, I know it was very busy during this time I think the workers should maintain cleanliness of the place. The food was good despite the chaos which I'm glad for you. Amazing food, great customer service. Tastes exactly like the other branches. Would definitely recommend for a good burger

Chips were STALE and it’s only just opened! Do better. Tried calling as well to place an order, waited 10 minutes, started off as caller number 9, when it went to first caller in queue, they hung up. I’m so put off and cannot trust another shakebee branch. Burger was good but the fries were REPULSIVE. It’s shocking! You can tell the chips were just sat around for a while then dashed into the fryer to be refried 🤢 Edit - ordered again as family wanted to try and thought the above might’ve just been a one off. Chips were fresher than before but still had that same weird after taste. Also had a random old brown chip in my little bag of chips and some black cremated thing see below image. Gross really.
