We attended for a curry on Sunday lunch time. What a little gem of a place. The food was absolutely delicious. Honestly cant fault it and very reasonable price. Adnan was very attentive and ensured we were happy at all times, and very eager to please. Complimentary coffee and chocs to finish with, and the best chapatis I’ve ever had. Will definitely return. Thank you!

Was recommended by a friend so I thought I'd give it a try. I've been enjoying a curry for over 50 years in the heavy woolen area and I can honestly say it's one of the best takeaways I've had and I've tried quite a few. It reminds me of the Shama in Dewsbury I frequented in the 70s. I've had 5 from here and each meal was spot on. Top quality ingredients and generous portions. Well done Shama, my go to curry house from now on!

I’m staying at a friends and we decided to have a curry evening ordered a takeaway. I have never tasted a curry so bland and I only ordered a korma and it had no coconut sweet taste at all. The rice was also disgusting and brown and tasted like pure grease when it was meant plain pilau. The cheese naan was literally a pizza base absolutely covered in cheese that was floppy. I actually refused to eat any of mine and went to Tesco and bought a curry ready meal instead so ended up wasting £20. On a plus highly recommend this Tesco ready meal.

Went on a Monday night, so as you can imagine it was quite. We where served as soon as we went in, and received a lot of attention. Waiters where very friendly, attentive and efficient. Pickle tray was standard. Chicken tikka was quite tasty and soft. You could tell it was fresh. Lamb chops where very tasty but only 3 in a portion :(. Didn’t try the chicken curry but the meat curry was very good. Spices where perfect. Mango lassi was very thick and not watered down at all could taste the yogurt which is how it should be! Also had a naan, this was probably the softest naan I’ve had in a very very long time.

Booked a last minute table the staff were very accommodating. When we got there we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. The food was fantastic. Will definitely go back here. Would highly recommend but book in advance for Friday and Saturday.
