I am extremely pleased with the results of my hair appointment. Rob took great care and attention to detail, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. The salon has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional hair styling and service.

Morgan, the only barber who can ghost you and still keep your loyalty. Morgan is, without question, a top-tier barber. BUT LET’S TALK ABOUT THE REAL TALENT… Morgan’s ability to ignore messages is legendary. I’ve had carrier pigeons respond quicker. Sometimes he replies so late I forget I even needed a haircut. The trims are so good though that we put up with it. If you want a haircut from a man who’s sick with clippers and terrible with communication, Morgan is your guy. Just message him now and expect a reply in 3–5 business years.

Sound lads, quality cut. Walked out of there in a better mood than you do leaving a dodgy Thai massage parlour. Shame they dont do facials but you can’t fault it.

Always go to Rob – both me and my partner wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s absolutely brilliant, such attention to detail and a real perfectionist. All the guys there are sound and professional . The salon itself is always spotless, with a great atmosphere and good vibes every time. We travel quite a distance to get there once a month, but it’s always worth it. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Disappointing Experience at Level 7 Barbers I'm truly disappointed with my recent haircut at Level 7 Barbers. When I booked, the option to choose any professional made me believe all staff were highly skilled. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. A junior barber, Alfie, who seemed like a trainee or apprentice, started using clippers on the sides of my head. He only went over it once and quite roughly, leaving my hair noticeably uneven. Despite my repeated attempts to explain what was wrong, he appeared to struggle with understanding and seemed to want me to leave. My 45-minute appointment turned into a rushed, messy cut in just 15 minutes. I'm sure the other senior professionals at Level 7 Barbers are excellent, and my comments aren't directed at them. However, I'm very disappointed with this particular bad experience. I believe this individual needs more training to ensure the team's overall standard remains high.
