I had an appointment with sofi for eyebrows at the mount Pleasant branch for 4 o'clock which I booked with saima on Monday. I was waiting till 4:30 as there was a customer waiting before me so I was next 2 minutes before that another customer walks in I was thinking maybe Nazam will deal with this one. So I heard her get up I looked and sofi was with her I walked out and said she has just come in I was next. Had the guts to say she will be 2 minutes I said am not waiting another minute did not care. I rang from outside saying I need Saimas number nazma said it is online get it from there. Not to mention I have been going to her for years never again disgusting attitude not bothered about customer service. never going back.

I am currently receiving laser treatment from Sophie at Saima’s laser clinic. Sophie has been professional throughout the process, and has made sure I am comfortable and has offered aftercare advice regularly. Sophie engages in conversation throughout which helps and talks through the process.

I get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded here all the time, and so does my mum by Sophie. She does a great job every time and is really good at cleaning and shaping eyebrows.

I go to sophie for my eyebrows all the time everytime I go and I don’t even have to look in the mirror to know she’s done it perfectly. Always happy with her service
