Great people to do business with, very straight forward and they gave me a great deal. Simon assured me if there are any problems to pop back and he well sort it. I have every faith that he would. Great little car, no issues so far. Highly recommend them.

Friendly, helpful,and no pressure to buy. James was respectful and even took our old car for scrap with a decent offer. Simon was brilliant fixed back passenger window even though it was a hassle really appreciated him doing this he also was a laugh. Would highly recommend.

Very poor customer service and an extremely rude salesperson. I would give 0 stars if I could. I agreed to pay the full amount, but I was told the headlights had a crack and that replacements had been ordered, which would take about two weeks. I was told I could return later to have them fitted, which was fine. I then said I would hold back £100 from the total cost and pay it when I returned for the headlight replacement. At that point, the salesperson became very rude. I felt discriminated against and as if he was doing me a favour by allowing me to buy the car.

I traded my car for a car of theirs. Overall the car i got was alright, though within a month i discovered that all brake rotors and pads needed changing as they were very worn, same with the front tyres being barely legal. Despite this however, i will say that the man i got the car from, can't remember his name unfortunately, was very professional and helpful. i even forgot to take out a car tracker which they sent back to me free of charge. for that i cannot fault them. Though I'd personally double check everything before going through with a purchase.
