Bluebeck Motors

Went to view a 2012 Yaris. After viewing and agreeing on a price we Went to view another car a few miles further, the deal didn't go ahead and we returned to this dealership. Rang them from the other dealership to find out they're already closed, they reassured us that they will return to complete the purchase (Nice of them). Once returned they offered a test drive, the car was hesitant to move and the owner offered to check it our and moved the car. I did point out something is not right and it seems there is something holding the drive of the vehicle. They laughed and joked that because I already drive an auto I'm not aware of how manual vehicles drive. On the test drive, the vehicle did not seem right but I took their advice that because of the length of time car has been stationary the brakes will need time to become unseize completely and went ahead with the purchase. All went smooth they filled in everything and e-mailed warranty documents the following day. The brake issue was in fact a seized caliper which had to be repaired by a mechanic, car was off road for 2 days and cost £80. Car matts were removed even though we had seen them in pictures as they were placed in the boot (a bit cheeky). Over all nice enough people but do your research and take a qualified mechanic with you as they will make excuses and throw mechanical jargon to get away.

The staff were amazing, they gave me advice on my insurance, helped me sort out my road tax and sold me a very reasonable priced car. They were very honest from start to finish. I would highly recommend Bluebeck Motors.
